As a Retail Merchandiser on the Go, you will play a crucial role in delivering in-store merchandising support to retailers, ensuring we meet the needs of shoppers. Your responsibilities will include: Building eye-catching displays and end caps to attract customers. Resetting shelves with keen attention to product rotation. Tracking inventory diligently to help stores maximize sales opportunities. This position involves a significant amount of travel, requiring you to move from one location to another regularly, with travel commitments reaching up to or exceeding 50% of your time. About You: You are comfortable engaging with customers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. You are at least 18 years old. You can perform physical tasks including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. You have reliable transportation to and from the work location. You exhibit excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members. You are excited about traveling within and outside your home state, including overnight hotel stays. You are a motivated self-starter with a strong focus on achieving results. You can work independently while also excelling in team settings. You prioritize safety and can perform your duties with a safety-first mentality in retail environments.
