Job Title: Retail Merchandiser

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (rate based on market and relevant experience)

Job Overview:

Winston Retail https://www.winstonretail.com is looking for a passionate and detail-driven Merchandiser. You'll play a key role in ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing, working hands-on in stores to replenish inventory, maintain product presentation standards, and help create a seamless and engaging shopping experience that reflects the brand's identity.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with company and store standards Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs Ability to work independently and as part of a team in different store settings Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed by assigned deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and accountability Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing feedback, using our Winston App on a smart device Smartphones are required for reporting: - IOS: Use an iPhone 11 or newer

- Android: Use a 2020 or newer device with an OS no more than four versions behind the latest Ability to lift to 25 pounds and stand on feet the entire shift Experience and Benefits
