Overview Retail Merchandise Associate - TEMPORARY at The TJX Companies, Inc. (Marshalls). The role focuses on delivering a highly satisfied customer experience, engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Role may be cross-trained to support multiple areas of the store as needed.
