Retail Merchandise Associate (Nights and Weekends) At The TJX Companies, Inc., the Retail Merchandise Associate delivers a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The role adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support multiple store areas as needed.
