Location: USA HomeGoods Store 0839, Maryville, TN Responsibilities Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas to support business needs. Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Promote credit and loyalty programs. Uphold merchandising philosophy and follow established procedures and standards. Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures. Initiate and participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and store overall. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback; comply with labor laws, policies, and safety requirements. Support shrink reduction goals and participate in safety initiatives. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Excellent customer service skills. Flexible schedule to support business needs. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in direction or unexpected situations. Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation. Works effectively with peers and supervisors. Retail customer experience is preferred.
