Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer and donor service to ensure 100% satisfaction. Stay informed about brand names, maker's marks, and trends, including vintage and current opportunities. Inspect and process soft line goods, ensuring they meet quality standards (e.g., no stains, tears, missing buttons, etc.). Hang, tag, and size apparel onto racks, transporting them to designated areas. Maintain accurate hang and rotation counts while meeting agency goals. Ensure the hanging and processing areas are clean, organized, and safe. As needed, assist with floor running, apparel rotation, and dressing room maintenance.
