Overview
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take full ownership of strategy, planning, and execution across Amazon Advertising , one of our most important digital growth channels. In this role, you'll drive campaign performance, manage agency partners, and uncover new opportunities to scale and optimize our presence on Amazon.
This is a high-impact role focused on accelerating sales and unlocking new growth levers within a rapidly expanding channel. You'll work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to lead end-to-end media initiatives, deliver insightful reporting, and evolve our performance marketing playbook.
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end Amazon Advertising strategy and execution, including media planning, budgeting, campaign management, optimization, and performance reporting. • Partner with external agencies to test and refine strategies across keyword targeting, ad placements, and creative formats. • Maintain and evolve a quarterly business review process to track KPIs, analyze trends, and provide forward-looking insights and recommendations. • Collaborate with agency and internal teams to identify growth opportunities and optimize media mix based on performance data. • Design and analyze incrementality and lift tests tied to key marketing initiatives, promotions, and product launches. • Leverage competitive intelligence tools and build reporting processes that surface actionable insights across the organization. • Stay current with Amazon's evolving media offerings, identifying new opportunities to scale impact and performance.
Qualifications
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display, and Programmatic. • Proven track record of translating marketing objectives into channel-specific strategies that drive measurable results. • Strong analytical skills, with experience building reporting dashboards and frameworks to synthesize large data sets. • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs) and experience with tools like Vendor Central and Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC). • Deep understanding of the media landscape, with the ability to plan strategically and execute performance-driven programs. • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders to elevate media effectiveness and business impact. • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work.
