Wow Bao is seeking a passionate and strategic Retail Media & Paid Social Marketing Manager to lead awareness and excitement for our Wow Bao CPG business, both online and in-store. This newly created role offers the opportunity to drive growth across major retailers like Kroger, Walmart, Target, Instacart, and more. You will craft, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, manage paid media and social channels, and shape our strategy to amplify our digital footprint and fuel growth. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing and is based on-site in River North, five days a week. Minimum Requirements Essential Functions (Other duties as needed): Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies to drive sales and market share. Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI across retail media. Analyze sales and consumer data to identify growth opportunities. Build relationships with key retailer media contacts (Roundel, 84.51, Walmart Connect, Instacart). Optimize product listings, keywords, and search strategies. Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and operations for seamless execution. Use data insights to refine strategies and improve engagement. Create an eCommerce growth plan for retailer.com. Paid Social Marketing (40%) Develop and manage paid search and social strategies. Analyze KPIs and optimize campaigns accordingly. Manage programmatic and display marketing for reach and engagement. Execute campaigns via Ad Manager and support A/B testing. Boost social content and monitor website performance. Coordinate with external media agencies for campaign support. Additional Requirements 5+ years in high-growth or new brand environments, agency experience, or managing paid media for CPG brands. Experience with retail media platforms (Roundel, 84.51, Walmart Connect, Instacart) preferred. Proven success in paid social strategies, especially on Meta. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision making. Excellent communication and project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Physical Demands Sitting at a desk and working on a computer for extended periods. The salary range is $90,000-$120,000, commensurate with experience. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
