Position Purpose:

The Retail Media Analyst will be the primary point of contact for assigned suppliers within the Retail Media practice. This role will be responsible for partnering strategically with suppliers to drive a best-in-class Retail Media+ supplier experience. This role will be accountable for supplier training, onboarding and ongoing support. Additionally, the Retail Media Analyst will identify and execute on opportunities to increase supplier spend as well as forecasting supplier spend within the Retail Media business. This role will closely collaborate with partners to plan and execute advertising campaigns on owned and operated properties. This position is also responsible for supporting reporting and analytics. Key Responsibilities: 15% Campaign Evaluations - Partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to build, implement and evaluate processes and campaigns; Ensure relationships are cultivated and maintained; Share feedback with internal teams with the goal of improving processes, reporting, tools and new program offerings 25% Develop Reports - Partner with internal teams to develop reporting, identify sales opportunities and provide customized recommendations to suppliers; Work with Media team to provide suppliers optimized media strategies; Forecast sales and meet sales growth plans; Present opportunities and recommendations to suppliers 60% Vendor Partnerships - Strategically partner with suppliers with the goal of providing excellent service and growing share of wallet; Become the point of contact for strategic suppliers by providing training, onboarding and ongoing meetings to drive supplier satisfaction; Partner with new business team to onboard and train new suppliers into program Direct Manager/Direct Reports: This position typically reports to the Senior Manager, Retail Media This position has 0 Direct Reports Travel Requirements: Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time. Physical Requirements: Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Working Conditions: Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Minimum Qualifications: Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in Digital Media with experience in retail, e-commerce and on-site advertising products preferred Agency or brand marketing experience Experience supporting clients Previous experience with retail websites, ecommerce and analytics Marketing/ad tech experience is highly desirable Product management or marketing experience is highly desirable Proven record of having worked with major consumer brands and knowing how to support Minimum Education: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.
