Captura Hall is looking for a **Retail Marketing Specialist** to execute and support innovative retail marketing strategies across various platforms and in-store environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, understands consumer behavior, and is passionate about delivering measurable marketing results.

**Responsibilities**

Develop and implement retail marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and foot traffic. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising and product development. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and sales data. Coordinate promotional activities, store events, and product launches. Manage retail signage, in-store branding, and point-of-sale displays. Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all retail touchpoints. Identify market trends and customer insights to inform strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in retail or trade marketing. Strong understanding of retail environments and consumer engagement.
