Overview Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a
Retail Marketing Specialist
to support the execution of brand and product campaigns across physical retail environments. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with internal teams and client partners to develop and implement marketing initiatives that drive sales performance and elevate in-store brand presence.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute retail marketing strategies tailored to various store formats and customer demographics.
Collaborate with product and merchandising teams to align promotional messaging and visual merchandising efforts.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to inform campaign improvements.
Coordinate in-store promotional events, product launches, and sampling programs.
Manage vendor relationships for print collateral and in-store signage.
Track KPIs and campaign ROI to report on program effectiveness.
Ensure brand consistency across all in-store marketing materials and customer touchpoints.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in retail marketing, merchandising, or brand execution.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Familiarity with in-store retail environments and consumer shopping behavior.
