What You’ll Do Engage with customers inside retail locations, promoting products and services on behalf of our clients.
Deliver impactful marketing and sales presentations, guiding customers through new service enrollments.
Generate sales growth through interactive in-store promotions.
Ensure compliance standards are upheld across all marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with team members to plan, execute, and refine retail campaigns.
Learn our clients’ products and services inside and out to confidently educate and convert customers.
What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service (a plus but not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence engaging with customers in a face-to-face setting.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to stand for extended periods during retail shifts.
