Reporting to Omni Channel Marketing Director
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate marketing efforts for all PAIGE retail stores.
Ensure brand consistency across all retail touchpoints.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to support retail store performance, customer acquisition, and retention.
Partner with store managers, visual merchandising, and cross-functional marketing teams to align campaigns with brand objectives.
Plan and execute retail activations, events, and promotions that engage local communities and drive foot traffic.
Assist in developing event collateral, coordinating logistics, and managing on-site event needs.
Collaborate with Retail team on clienteling copy and graphics.
Help track event performance and analyze key learnings to improve future activations.
Collaborate with CRM and digital teams to optimize customer journeys and integrate retail with omnichannel initiatives.
Oversee seasonal retail marketing calendars, ensuring alignment with product launches and brand campaigns.
Communicate all promotions, events and activations with mall marketing teams.
Partner with Retail team to educate store associates on branding and marketing pushes.
Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of retail marketing programs, using insights to inform future strategies.
Create monthly Retail Marketing Report.
Manage budgets and vendor relationships.
Ensure brand consistency across all retail touchpoints.
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in marketing. Experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and proactive in identifying new opportunities.
