Key Responsibilities
- Store Launch & Operations – Oversee the setup and opening of our Annapolis boutique, ensuring a seamless and exciting launch.
- Sales & Customer Experience – Drive sales through exceptional service, product knowledge, and engagement with our mission.
- Team Leadership – Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team that shares our passion for sustainability and footwear innovation.
- Inventory & Merchandising – Manage stock levels, optimize displays, and ensure a visually appealing store layout.
- Community Engagement – Build relationships with local customers, businesses, and event organizers to promote Made+.
- Performance & Reporting – Track sales, analyze trends, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experienced Leader – 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in footwear, apparel, or lifestyle brands.
- Customer-Centric – Passionate about delivering a top-tier shopping experience.
- Sales-Driven – Skilled at coaching teams to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Operationally Savvy – Strong understanding of inventory management, merchandising, and retail best practices.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit – Excited to build and grow something from the ground up.
- Sustainability-Minded – Aligned with the brand mission of eco-friendly, made-to-order footwear.
