Operations Training: Complete structured management skills training to learn essential store operations and AutoZone culture. Please note: Progression through the training program is essential for consideration for management openings. Promotions are based on performance and management availability. Qualifications: Minimum of 1-2 years of prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor. Flexible availability for full-time hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and potential overtime. Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English. Experience in automotive retail or financial analytics (e.g., P&L statements) is a plus.
