Job Overview The Retail Management Associate collaborates closely with the Store Manager to lead and nurture the store team, working towards T-Mobile's goal of winning our customers' hearts and ensuring the success of our Mobile Experts. Key Responsibilities: Customer Focus: Instill a passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto in our Mobile Experts by providing thorough orientation and grounding. Ensure that every customer’s needs are met, fostering their confidence through a comfortable and problem-solving experience. Conduct observations of Mobile Experts' customer interactions to provide constructive feedback for training and coaching. Manage customer wait time effectively and stay current on products, services, and promotions. Leadership & Ownership: Set an example by staying informed about the latest products, services, and leadership best practices. Collaborate with Mobile Experts to meet or exceed monthly success metrics and ensure compliance with training requirements. Maintain the store's quality and adhere to visual merchandising standards. Assist in implementing Retail Methods & Procedures, ensuring the team is well-informed about both corporate and store communications. Aim for financial targets based on key performance indicators and seek ways to manage store expenses responsibly. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED (Required) 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail setting preferred Essential Skills: Strong Communication Skills (Required) Leadership Abilities (Required) Understanding of Store Operations (Required) Licenses and Certifications: Must be at least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: No travel required. DOT Regulated: Not applicable. Target Cash Pay Range: $53,200 - $96,000, including target incentives. Base Pay Range: $39,900 - $72,000. Actual pay may vary based on location, qualifications, and experience. At T-Mobile, team members in regular, non-temporary Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
