POP MART Leasing Administrator
POP MART, a global leader in designer toy culture and entertainment, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Leasing Administrator to support its leasing operations. This role is pivotal in managing lease documentation, tracking critical lease milestones, and ensuring compliance across a growing international footprint. The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of experience in leasing or property management, preferably within the retail sector, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate lease records, coordinating billing and lease-related communications, preparing reports, and supporting the leasing and real estate team with administrative tasks and market analysis. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent time management, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Onsite working location out of our Los Angeles, CA office.
What You Will Achieve:
- Manage and organize lease agreements, amendments, and renewals to ensure timely execution and compliance.
- Monitor key lease dates and milestones, proactively addressing upcoming deadlines and obligations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease documentation and digital records.
- Act as the primary liaison for billing inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
- Coordinate the submission of lease-related documents and payments in accordance with internal timelines.
- Communicate with landlords and internal teams regarding renewals, rent escalations, and administrative updates.
- Prepare detailed lease summaries, rent rolls, and financial reports for internal stakeholders.
- Update and maintain leasing databases with current terms, rent schedules, and tenant information.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for leasing activities and expenses.
- Support the leasing team with calendar management, meeting preparation, and follow-up tasks.
- Collect and analyze market data to support site evaluations and competitive analysis.
- Provide administrative support on special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
What You Will Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in leasing, property management, or administrative supportretail experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Work is primarily performed in an office setting using standard office equipment.
- Must be able to sit, walk short distances, use hands, and communicate effectively.
- Regularly lift up to 25 lbs.; occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs.
