RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee store opening and closing procedures, ensuring they are complete and compliantSupport continuous improvement by communicating staff expectations and modeling Deer Valley initiativesAssist sales associates with technical support, customer service, and policy procedure issuesCheck retail email throughout the day and respond and react as appropriateMaintain stock levels by executing daily restocking procedures and organizing backroom storageExecute inventory control, including theft, damages, transfers between stores, and receiving daily merchandise shipmentsCommunicate with Retail Management Team and the Distribution Center in an efficient mannerMaintain store appearance and standards compliant with Deer Valley RetailOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS: Previous retail experience preferredPrevious experience in driving sales, interpreting reporting data, and retail merchandising preferredPrevious experience in the ski industry preferred, but not requiredProficient with basic technology (Point of Sale system, Microsoft Office, Teams)Commitment to exceptional customer service by delivering the Deer Valley DifferenceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to solve problems and analyze issues with a quick resolutionAbility to react quickly and professionally in a fast-paced environmentStrong team collaboration and interpersonal skillsDetail oriented with excellent organizational skillsWork a Seasonal, Full-Time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays (including Christmas, New Years, and President's Day)Must be available to work shifts on either Saturday or SundaysContinuous mobility throughout the store, including twisting, bending, pulling, pushing, crouching, stooping, and reaching during shiftMust be able to use a ladderMust be able to lift 25+ lbs during shiftMinimum 4 days/30 hours weeklyDATES OF EMPLOYMENT: 11/15/2025 - 4/25/2026PAY RATE: $22.00 per hourDeer Valley Resort is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
