We offer modern, timeless handmade pieces designed for everyday wear along with jewelry services including: Permanent Jewelry and our Custom Jewelry Bar. In addition to our jewelry, we celebrate small/local businesses, creatives, and designers through our large curated collection of clothing, gifts, and lifestyle products. Located in Pearlridge Center ◡̈ We are looking for passionate, motivated individuals to join our team as a Retail & Jewelry Associate As a Retail & Jewelry Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, assisting customers in selecting products, and maintaining the overall presentation and organization of our boutique. *Please note this is not a seasonal position Key Responsibilities: Shifts split between working the shop (Retail Associate) and our jewelry bar (Jewelry Associate). Jewelry bar training will commence once you have demonstrated proficiency in the Retail Associate role of this position. Customer Service: Greet, converse, and assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner, providing product knowledge and guidance to meet their needs. We are a very customer-oriented company Sales: Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences and make personalized product recommendations. Effectively communicate the features of our jewelry pieces. Inform customers of our handmade jewelry and jewelry bar as well as other in-store products. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our jewelry collection, materials, and craftsmanship to provide accurate and compelling information to customers. Knowledge of our jewelry along with the small businesses we carry is essential to succeed in this position. Point of Sale (POS): Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system. Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods. Be able to perform all store opening and closing duties independently. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, restocking displays, and notifying management of low-stock items. Inventory is checked consistently. Store Presentation: Ensure the all aspects of the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Collaborate with the team to create attractive merchandise displays. Customer Engagement: Follow up with customers and return customers post-purchase to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business . Assist with other tasks as needed. Qualifications: Be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours). A passion for jewelry, fashion, and supporting small businesses Know and love our brand & product, connect with our customers and team using great communication and relationship building skills. Strong leadership and people skills and take the initiative whenever necessary. Good time management skills to set realistic deadlines and follow specific steps to reach time-sensitive objectives. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to help customers and work with management. Great customer service skills, including patience and active listening, to ensure customers feel heard and helped. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment. Basic computer skills for operating the POS system and other systems. Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
