The Role As our Retail & Inventory Specialist , you'll play a key role at the front desk and retail redemption area , making sure inventory is well-managed, guests are engaged, and staff are supported. What You'll Do: Build and maintain an organized inventory system Train team members on inventory control processes Manage weekly inventory counts and cost controls Assist with guest check-ins, ticketing, and retail sales Recommend attractions and products to enhance guest experience Provide exceptional guest service while reducing wait times Assist with front desk & party staff training Lead by example in punctuality, professionalism, and service Respond appropriately to guest requests, complaints, and emergencies Support opening, mid-day, and closing operations
What We're Looking For ? Proven retail and inventory management experience (required) ? Strong organizational and leadership skills ? A passion for guest service and entertainment ? Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays ? Team player with a positive, energetic attitude
