In this role, you will: Deliver outstanding customer service and support. Restock inventory, manage merchandise, and assist at the cashier station. Engage with customers to provide assistance and solutions for their needs. Ensure the hardware department is well-stocked and organized for an optimal shopping experience. What We’re Looking For: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Dependability with a punctual and positive attitude. Ability to prioritize tasks and remain organized. Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. Genuine willingness to assist diverse customer needs. Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, especially with brands like Target or Walgreens. A passion for home repair and automotive knowledge is highly valued. Work Schedule: Our store operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturday to Sunday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Hours may vary based on workload.
