As a Retail Guest Advocate and Stock Associate, you will ensure our guests have a delightful experience in our smallest format stores. This role involves a variety of tasks such as cashiering, stocking, and ensuring product availability and accurate pricing on the sales floor. Here’s how you’ll make an impact: Greet every guest authentically, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Anticipate guest needs by observing verbal and non-verbal cues. Engage with guests genuinely and help them find what they need. Be knowledgeable about our products and services to enhance the guest experience. Restock shelves and ensure that the sales floor remains organized and filled. Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure accurate pricing and promotions. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including the backroom. Process inbound deliveries and manage backroom organization. Support guest services and assist with various tasks such as Order Pick Up and Drive-Up. Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe shopping environment for everyone. What we’re looking for: A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding guest service. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Attention to detail and the ability to follow multi-step processes.
