Job Description Pilot Flying J seeks an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our bustling retail facilities. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing business plans to meet established standards, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will take charge of leading a dynamic team and maintaining high operational standards. Your key responsibilities will include: Ensuring customer expectations are consistently met. Conducting meetings to foster team communication and collaboration. Building and maintaining strong vendor relationships. As a Retail General Manager at Pilot Flying J, you will have the opportunity to: Drive sales growth. Manage and develop your team. Track inventory levels accurately. Provide exceptional customer service. Perform P&L analysis to assess financial performance. Pay rates start between $26.10 - $43.10 per hour, along with a short-term monthly incentive opportunity. Qualifications To excel as a Retail General Manager, you should exemplify integrity, accountability, and strong leadership skills. You must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Additional qualifications include: A minimum of 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or another service industry with a focus on financial results. Proven experience in high-volume retail management with P&L accountability. The ability to cultivate a customer-focused culture within your team.
