As a Retail General Manager Trainee, you will play a vital role in overseeing daily operations to ensure high efficiency, quality, and exceptional customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to make a significant impact in a supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities: Take direct responsibility for various business operations, which may include retail stores, fuel stations, restaurants, fresh kitchens, and truck care services.

Maintain a safe, clean, and well-kept facility by monitoring restroom and shower cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and performing safety checks.

Drive product and service sales by managing efficient ordering, stocking, inventory, and merchandising standards.

Assist the General Manager with effective task execution, scheduling, cash handling, and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, and implement changes to capitalize on opportunities.

Work closely with managers to support talent acquisition efforts.

Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years experience in retail management, travel stops, c-stores, big-box, grocery, or department store settings.

Proven track record of managing operations with annual sales exceeding $2 million.

Experience in budgeting and analyzing P&L statements for at least 2 years.

Minimum 2 years of experience supervising and training teams of 5-10+ employees.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Skills and Requirements: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including days, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.

Strong customer service skills, positive rapport building, and effective sales techniques.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities with a keen attention to detail.

Demonstrated teamwork skills.
