Key Responsibilities

Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty

Train, develop, and coach team members to maximize sales

Ensure safety for customers and associates

Foster a diverse, collaborative culture

Address issues, make decisions, and supervise front-end operations to ensure excellent customer service

Implement Asset Protection strategies

Assist in recruiting and onboarding new staff

Participate in workload planning meetings

Engage in community relations through company programs

Monitor schedule adherence and coordinate breaks

Minimum Requirements

At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or a similar environment

Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude

Availability to work full-time, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Ability to lift 40 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
