Retail Floater Job Summary: The Retail Floater will be responsible for working in a variety of retail outlets to support the needs of multiple managers. The ideal candidate should be friendly, motivated, service-oriented, and have experience in sales. Flexibility is key as the candidate will be required to work with a variety of different merchandise. Must be able to work between the hours of 11AM and 3PM, including weekends and holidays. Responsibilities: Work in a variety of retail outlets to support the needs of multiple managers. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any complaints in a timely and effective manner. Use knowledge of sales and merchandising to make recommendations to customers and increase sales. Maintain knowledge of product ranges, promotions and special offers in each retail outlet. Keep track of inventory, restocking as necessary. Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded. Participate in training and coaching programs to enhance knowledge and skills. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in retail sales required. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers. Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility to work a variety of schedules and locations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
