Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth and Merchandising: Seek out and negotiate opportunities to increase sales, optimize display space, and enhance productivity while delivering exceptional customer service.
Creative Display Management: Help design and maintain engaging product displays that align with our branding initiatives, creating eye-catching disruptions to attract consumers.
Brand Ambassadorship: Interact actively with store personnel and customers to share in-depth product knowledge and ensure a positive brand experience.
Program Execution: Efficiently implement all sales programs and initiatives, ensuring customer compliance and maximizing the brand's potential.
Collaboration: Work alongside Coca-Cola Merchandisers and BASN Field team to effectively execute sales strategies, monitor inventory levels, and uphold merchandising standards.
Customer Insights: Collect and report on customer needs and competitive activities, providing valuable feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
Territory Account Maintenance: Conduct tasks such as checking product codes, managing adherence to plan-o-grams, and maintaining point of sale advertisements.
Utilization of Technology: Use company-provided technology for real-time reporting and leverage insights to drive in-store success.
Requirements:
Must reside in the Winter Haven, FL area or be willing to relocate at your own expense.
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred, with entry-level applicants without experience welcome if willing to learn.
0-2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service is beneficial.
Strong sales skills with the ability to influence store personnel using data-driven insights.
This position requires significant local travel (~75%) across designated territories.
Self-motivated individual who can work independently and manage multiple stores.
Effective interpersonal skills and time-management capabilities to communicate successes and challenges across various levels of management.
Genuine interest in engaging with BODYARMOR & POWERADE consumers.
Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for our brands, excited about store visits as this is a dynamic, hands-on role.
Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs comfortably and perform frequent bending, reaching, and kneeling.
Availability for occasional off-hours or weekend work when needed.
A personal vehicle in good working condition, with a valid driving license and an excellent driving record is essential for this role.
Must meet company standards for Motor Vehicle Records according to Driving Policy.
