We are in search of a Retail & Events Marketing Lead who excels in leadership, is passionate about nurturing teams, and has extensive experience in event marketing and retail environments. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a team of Brand Ambassadors across various retail venues and events, enhancing performance through coaching, strategic scheduling, and direct support. You will ensure our representation at events and in retail partnerships is professional, engaging, and successful in generating qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with retail partners, oversee staffing, training, and supervision of Brand Ambassadors, and represent the organization effectively at shows and events.
Report regularly on market performance metrics and needs.
Create and manage staffing plans and schedules for market warehouses.
Coordinate event setups and tear-downs, ensuring all materials are organized and delivered correctly.
Travel regularly within the assigned market, with occasional travel to other areas as necessary.
Receive performance bonuses for every appointment scheduled in your market!

Additional Qualifications:
Experience in coordinating retail, event, or promotional staff.
Willingness to travel to all designated shows and events within the assigned territory.
Ability to work weekends consistently, with limited exceptions.
A valid driver's license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record.
Able to lift 40 pounds, manage large displays weighing up to 75 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
Capable of setting up or tearing down multiple events daily, requiring significant physical activity.
