The Marketing Director will lead, coordinate, and actively participate in developing, implementing, and evaluating marketing strategies and initiatives to drive brand growth and business success. This role is responsible for shaping the organization's market presence, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and business goals. Supervisory Responsibilities: Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains supervisory and management personnel within the department. Oversees daily department operations, ensuring projects and initiatives are executed effectively. Conducts constructive and timely performance evaluations. Manages employee relations, including discipline and terminations, according to company policies. Duties and Responsibilities: Leads the development and execution of the organization's advertising, promotional, and branding strategies. Analyzes market trends and customer insights to identify and recommend impactful marketing approaches. Identifies and targets new market segments to drive business expansion. Design and implement effective advertising campaigns informed by market research and data analysis. Stays current on emerging products, services, and marketing trends to maintain a competitive edge. Collaborates with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives. Forecasts, prepares, manages, and monitors the department's operating budget to ensure adequate resource allocation. Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
