What You'll Contribute The Associate of Retail Deposit will be responsible for providing support to the Retail Deposit team in the implementation and management of deposit products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support customer acquisition and retention and assist in managing risk in the retail deposit portfolio.
What You'll Do Provide support in the implementation of deposit products and services in a timely and effective manner
Assist in customer acquisition and retention through effective marketing and pricing strategies
Support the management of risk in the retail deposit portfolio and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Assist in the development of analytics and reporting to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in retail deposit products and services
What You Have Minimum education, skills and experience required. Basic knowledge of retail deposit products, pricing, and marketing strategies
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred education, skills, and experience. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business Administration)
1+ years of experience in retail banking or related field
