Retail Department Supervisor Join our team as a full-time Retail Department Supervisor! Our store operates Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 8 PM, and is CLOSED ON SUNDAYS. As a department supervisor, you will play a key role in driving our operations by: Managing inventory orders Ensuring effective stocking Presenting merchandise attractively Maintaining a tidy and organized department Additionally, you will provide support to cashiers as needed. The starting pay for this full-time position ranges from $19.25 to $20.25 per hour. Job Requirements: We are seeking mature, self-motivated applicants. Availability to work at least 2 evenings per week and every other Saturday is essential. You should be skilled in setting, filling, and maintaining merchandise plan-o-grams. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is a must. Previous retail experience is preferred, but passion is key! Applicants must be able to stand for 8 hours, excluding breaks.
