You will be responsible for customer service, running registers, merchandising, and store upkeep. Primary Responsibilities: Greet every customer with Ollie's 'Yes I Care, Yes I Can' approach to foster long-term loyalty. Manage cash register transactions accurately and efficiently. Become an expert on Ollie's inventory and weekly deals, showcasing the tremendous value we provide. Assist with freight logistics and understand retail merchandising best practices. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred Open to training new Associates with less than 6 months of retail experience Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly A positive attitude and desire to serve customers Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
