Location: Santa Anita, CA Position: Customer Service Specialist Compensation: $21-25/h (non-exempt) Hiring Style: Direct hiring, Full-time A globally recognized fashion brand, originally from Japan, known for its stylish designs, high product quality, and loyal customer base. Operating internationally including in North America, the company focuses on innovation, user experience, and delivering accessible yet premium optical solutions. Responsibilities: Evaluate the customers prescription and visual requirements to recommend specific lenses, lens coatings, frames, and features as appropriate for each customer. Provide direct support to customers in selecting, ordering, fitting, and adjusting eyewear; taking facial measurements (including measuring pupillary distance, temple length, bridge, eye size, optical centers, and bifocal placement); ensuring that eyewear meets facial measurements and optical prescriptions under the supervision of the Dispensing Optician. Address customer needs in a prompt and friendly manner, actively seeking to understand customer concerns, requests, and expectations. Qualifications: Passionate about customer service Proven experience working at a high-volume retail store Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, explaining, promoting, and selling products and services
