As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be an integral part of delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support. Job Responsibilities: You will be responsible for checking out customer groceries efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Uphold government regulations concerning the sale of alcoholic beverages and taxation. Follow proper check, ATM, and credit procedures to ensure secure transactions. Clean and stock Front End areas, including your register, to maintain a clean and welcoming environment. Assist in controlling customer flow and backed up lines, helping reduce customer waiting time. Proactively participate in company programs as directed by leadership. Provide excellent customer service, addressing needs in a timely and effective manner, and model suggestive selling techniques. In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to maintain a clean and sanitary working environment, adhere to safety protocols, and perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned. Required Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated patience in dealing with customers and team members. Maintained proficiency with the Cashier Code Book and PLUs. Strong basic math skills. Strong to excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team. To succeed in this role, you should possess strong attention to detail, be able to work effectively under pressure, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Benefits: We offer a competitive hourly wage range of $17.00-$25.40, commensurate with experience.
