Description

The Retail Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for individuals visiting retail locations during the open enrollment period. This role is responsible for delivering a professional, welcoming experience while supporting appointment scheduling and basic customer service needs.

Greet and assist both walk-in and scheduled customers

Schedule appointments via phone and in-person, using probing questions to understand customer needs.

Answer basic inquiries related to health plan options, appointment logistics, and general services.

Process member information and documentation

Accept and process payments

Collaborate with sales representatives and other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role (customer-facing is a plus)

Microsoft Office Knowledge

Experience with a CRM

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle high-volume, in-person interactions with professionalism.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
