- Full-time, 40 hours/week (5 days).
- Store hours: Monday-Friday (9:00 AM-5:00 PM), Saturday (10:00 AM-5:00 PM).
- Some Saturdays, Black Friday, and Christmas Eve (based on calendar year) are required.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing retail team to deliver an outstanding customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Factory Outlet Store (SFO), including scheduling, inventory control, website order management, customer correspondence, cash handling, and daily reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, conflict resolution, and escalated concerns-ensuring satisfaction and long-term brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support and execute company-wide goals and marketing initiatives.
- Support the Director of Sales & Marketing in achieving short- and long-term strategic objectives.
- Analyze trends and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service, and sales performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience, ideally in retail or service environments.
- 2+ years of team leadership or management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate team members.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including store setup, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to navigate challenging situations with professionalism and poise.
- Familiarity with website operations and e-commerce order processing.
- Strong decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools and platforms (social media, POS systems, online ordering, etc.).
- High attention to detail, integrity, and dependability.
- Ability to remain on your feet or seated for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Hands-on involvement with store operations and setup.
