As a member of the management team, the Sales Control Manager will supervise and participate in the accountability and balancing of cash receipts and paperwork. Additional responsibilities of the Sales Control Manager include: Order supplies for Customer Service Desk Supervise, train & coordinate Sales Control Office and Customer Service Desk Accurately and efficiently completing all transactions and paperwork while adhering to company policies and procedures Successful candidates for the Sales Control Manager should role have the ability to lead a retail team to actively engage coworkers to provide excellent customer service.
