Job Title As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will consistently deliver a positive experience to all customers by utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs and provide solutions. This role focuses on providing knowledge in areas of retail business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping.
Key Responsibilities Take orders, coordinate activities, provide pricing and product information, and recommend appropriate products and services.
Operate and maintain equipment, move boxes and equipment, stock materials, manage production queues, and complete assigned tasks based on priority.
Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent education.
6+ months of specialized experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Essential Functions Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods.
Ability to move and lift 55 pounds.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members.
