Functions of Role: To provide delivery services between the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (JHMR), Jackson Hole Resort Lodging (JHRL), and retail locations in the town of Jackson and to assist the Processing Manager in the daily operations of the warehouse. Coordinate daily deliveries to and from JHMR and JHRL departments and town. Handle communication and tracking of requests for deliveries from town to warehouse. Provide prompt and accurate deliveries to all requesting departments. Understand resort structure and department locations for accurate delivery and invoicing. Establish positive working relationships with business accounts in valley. Build symbiotic relationship with accounting for ease and convenience of billing. Shop multiple retail locations to fulfill resort department needs. Gain knowledge of different departments product needs. Receive shipments at the warehouse location.
