Job Description

Manages and oversees the daily operations of the department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Collaborates with multi-disciplinary healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.

Utilizes problem-solving skills to address and resolve operational and clinical issues.

Demonstrates leadership ability by guiding and motivating staff, fostering a positive work environment.

Works independently, making frequent decisions and judgments in clinical areas, while also collaborating as part of a team.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Good communication skills and must be fluent in English - speaking, reading and writing. Required

Must have a clear, concise, audible and professional voice. Good telephone skills required

Demonstrated interpersonal skills, a positive demeanor, and enthusiasm combined with a desire to serve are essential Required

Diplomacy, tact and demonstrated good judgment are required

Education

Associate's in Hospitality [Preferred]

High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

Work Experience

1+ hospitality, hotel guest services or hospital setting [Required]

2+ years related work experience as a concierge or guest service representative in a hotel or large institution [Preferred]

2+ years customer service experience in a related role required, preferably an acute care setting [Preferred]
