SEEKING CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR IN HOUSTON, TX National retail construction company is seeking a Project Administrator with 3-5 years experience in an administrative clerical role supporting project team.

Duties include: ·                     Bid Solicitation - Calling subcontractors to invite them to bid ·                     Purchase Order Processing - managing contract documents · Project Closeouts - submit to clients in a timely manner ·                     Document Management - create and maintain organized project folders ·                     Permitting and licensing - as required by city and client ·                     Managing general correspondence between the jobsite and corporate office . Order dumpsters, temporary labor, portable toilets to jobsites as required.
Skills
. Excellent communication skills . Strong phone skills . Experience in construction, GC or subcontractor . Ability to work in fast paced environment . Self motivated . Strong organizational skills with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
