We also have an incredible variety of unique, unusual, and privately produced beers and wines from around the world as well as our Michigan Craft beers. For our guests that can't decide? Job Tasks: Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism Use your knowledge of beer and wine to guide merchandise selection and make recommendations Conduct tastings and samplings to help guests discover new favorites Handle purchases and operate the cash register with accuracy Stock shelves, maintain displays, and keep the shop clean and inviting What We're Looking For: Must be 18+ years of age (required for alcohol service) Friendly, polished, and professional presence with strong communication skills Available to work 3-5 days per week, including evenings and weekends Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods and safely moving up to 50 pounds Customer service or retail experience preferred but not required.
