Job Summary
Client is seeking a detail-oriented, energetic, and sports-minded individual to join its customer service team as a Retail Cashier Associate.
This role is central to ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers and involves operating the front counter POS system, handling transactions, and maintaining the sales floor.
Key Responsibilities Operate the POS (register) terminal and handle cash transactions. Bag purchased merchandise and assist customers at checkout. Greet customers and answer telephone inquiries. Direct sales associates using the PA system. Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays. Clean and organize the sales floor. Ensure a positive and welcoming shopping environment. Required Qualifications Basic organizational and math skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform light to moderate lifting with or without reasonable accommodation.
