We are looking for upbeat, personable, and sales driven individuals to accurately represent our brand, provide our clients with exceptional customer service, and cultivate long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities:
Proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers
Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner
Meeting sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly
Maintaining a clean and organized salon
Opening/closing business
Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
Qualifications:
Ability to work 15-30 hours per week for part-time, ability to work 35-40 hours per week for full-time
Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends
Customer service experience
Friendly competitive drive to meet monthly sales goals
Polished professional appearance
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and organization
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand, bend, walk for 5-8 hours per day
