Position Summary:

The RBR II Supervisor is a key leadership position responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience while supervising staff, driving branch growth, and serving as a prominent representative of the Bank in the community.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Supervision

  • Provide daily oversight and mentorship to branch staff, ensuring operational excellence, staff development, and adherence to policies.
  • Using sound judgement and decisiveness act as a resource and escalation point for complex customer needs and staff questions
  • Monitor performance and coach team members to support achievement of goals.
  • Serve as a senior leader and point of contact within the Main Office branch, setting a positive tone and fostering a professional, service-driven culture.

Customer Service & Branch Growth

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for complex personal and business accounts.
  • Open and manage deposit accounts, IRAs, HSAs, and other financial products.
  • Actively seek and collaborate with others to establish new business opportunities by meeting with prospective and existing clients.
  • Partner with lenders on joint business calls and relationship development efforts.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and activities
  • Process and monitor overdraft activity and conduct regular reviews of relevant reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Adhere to bank policies, procedures, compliance standards and regulations

Community Engagement

  • Serve on boards, committees, or volunteer groups that align with the P3ACT and strategic goals.
  • Attend and support community events, including networking functions, fundraisers, and public meetings.

Other Duties as Assigned

Qualifications and Preferred Education:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of banking experience, with supervisory or leadership responsibilities preferred.
  • Experience in business development, relationship management, and customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of bank products, services, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead projects, manage competing priorities, and think strategically.
  • Active involvement in community organizations and a demonstrated commitment to community engagement.
  • Experience in public speaking, community engagement, and representing an organization in external settings.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, community involvement, and professional development.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Relevant banking certifications a plus.
