Location: 699 S Mill Ave #117, Tempe, AZ 85281

  Pay: $15/hour + tip share (+$2–$5/hr)

  Schedule: Full-time & Part-time (weekend availability required)

Proof Bread is hiring Retail Bakers at our flagship Tempe location. This role blends service, storytelling, and light baking/prep—helping bring our pastries, breads, and community spirit to life on Mill Ave.

What You’ll Do

• Bake and finish pastries, prep sandwiches and toast, create cofee syrups, and more
• Deliver warm, knowledgeable service to every guest
• Keep FOH and prep areas clean, food-safe, and ready
• Support operations, including supply chain and value-add programs
• Build community through authentic connections and service in a flagship location of a globally-recognized sourdough bakery
