The Retail Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional luxury service at every opportunity while selling merchandise and communicating with guests and co-workers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Maintain accurate technical knowledge of store point of sale, end of day paperwork and cash handling skills. Accurate check in of daily receipts, steaming of garments, organizing back stock and displaying of merchandise. Actively partake in store cleanliness and straightening of merchandise at opening and close of business daily. All team members to attend monthly product knowledge meetings. Prepare sales floor, music, lighting and dressing rooms for business daily. Answer phones, assist in taking special customer orders, and ring in sales following Forbes and LXR Service Standards. Create positive teamwork ethics. Support and recommend other plaza stores with an enthusiastic approach. Understand and follow the policy for checking out the bank and store key. Understand and follow all policies for parking, professional attire and use of company equipment. Demonstrate commitment to making a conscientious effort to eliminate or reduce the risk of injury to our guests and associates, damage to our property or the property of others. Know the correct action to take in the event of an emergency, and demonstrate this knowledge by acting appropriately in the event of an emergency. This is a part-time position, and you must be available to work Wednesdays and Fridays with some flexiblity on Tuesdays. The shift is from 9:45am - 6:15pm.
Qualifications
EDUCATION · High school diploma or general education degree (GED), preferred EXPERIENCE · Prior retail experience, preferred · Prior customer service experience, preferred · Experience in an upscale / luxury environment, preferred
