Key responsibilities include: Delivering exceptional customer service by anticipating needs and proactively resolving issues with compassion. Greeting customers warmly, making eye contact, and assisting them in locating items as needed. Performing cashier duties accurately, managing cash, checks, and credit card transactions while adhering to policies. Keeping the sales floor well-maintained by restocking shelves, processing vendor deliveries, updating pricing, and managing inventory as directed by management. Assisting with store opening and closing procedures as required. Supporting all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring full stock and operational efficiency. Collaborating with pharmacy staff when necessary, and working shifts in the pharmacy to explore growth opportunities. Championing new CVS services and loyalty programs aimed at facilitating better health for our customers. Required Qualifications Minimum age of 16 years. Ability to remain upright for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently; overhead lifting may be required. Close visual acuity for tasks such as reading and inspecting small details. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in retail or customer service is advantageous. Education High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
