The Retail Sales Associate is a customer-facing position responsible for delivering an outstanding in-store experience. This role supports daily store operations by providing knowledgeable assistance to customers, maintaining merchandise displays, stocking inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized sales floor. Essential Duties and Other Responsibilities

• Merchandising & Store Appearance
  • Stock, restock, and organize shelves with accurate product placement.
  • Assist with rotating and front-facing inventory to ensure a clean and shoppable environment.
  • Support visual merchandising efforts by arranging displays as directed by management.
  • Monitor and report low stock levels or inventory discrepancies.
• Store Operations & Safety
  • Participate in freight receiving and stocking processes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockroom, and common areas (e.g., sweeping, mopping, trash removal).
  • Operate equipment such as the cardboard baler safely and responsibly.
  • Identify and report any unsafe conditions or hazards to management.
