Retail Assistant Supervisor As a Retail Assistant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading and inspiring all site personnel while ensuring exceptional customer service during your assigned shifts. In this dynamic position, you will exemplify and deliver outstanding service, uphold company policies, manage scheduling, conduct profitability analyses, and oversee vendor relationships. Essential Functions: Monitor financial performance, including sales volume, P&L, controllable expenses, cash controls, and inventory. Ensure a positive and memorable customer experience. Deliver excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing their needs, questions, and complaints. Regularly inspect the facility and equipment to identify the need for repairs or maintenance. Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring team members. Supervise store staff to maintain labor model standards. Direct and guide employees in sales activities, cash reconciliation, and customer service excellence. Required Education and Experience: High school diploma is required. One year of management experience in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service is preferred. ServeSafe certification is required. Experience with cash management, POS systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email.
